This is another day I was not planning to chase, especially after coming home late the previous day with a wrecked car due to the deer accident. Nevertheless, I got out for the slight risk, and made my way down into Texas after heading west in Lawton to US183 then south towards Vernon.
Made my way down to US 70 which was really the only road option, and west to the storm that had popped up in Motley county.
Intercepted south of Paducah and spent the next several hours until sundown following the storm through rural King county. Eventually ended up on US82 at dark and headed home.
